Planning & MC: Full planning, vendor coordination, day-of management, bilingual MC (Khmer/English).

Traditional Ceremonies: Procession, Monk Blessing, Honoring Parents & Ancestors, Hair-Cutting, Hand-Tying, Guest Greeting, Table-to-Table visits. Sequence and timing curated by our team.

Attire, Hair & Makeup: Bride up to 3 looks (with 1 touch-up), Groom up to 2 looks, dressing assistant.

Décor & Florals: Khmer-style stage/backdrop, welcome arch, photo corner, base fresh florals (stage, head table, 10 guest tables), linens, chair sashes, ambient lighting.

Catering (100 pax): Khmer set menu (appetizers, mains, dessert), soft drinks/water, banquet ware, service staff, 3-tier ceremonial cake.

Music & Sound: Traditional band/ensemble for key segments, background playlist, ceremony PA with 2 wireless mics.

Photo & Video: 8 hours coverage (2 photographers + 1 videographer), 300+ edited photos (online gallery), 3–5 min highlight film + full ceremony edit.

Stationery & Signage: 100 invitations, welcome sign, seating plan.

Logistics: Vendor delivery, setup/teardown; couple sedan transfer (hotel ↔ venue, 2 legs).
